Library

The Postgraduate Library has approximately 11,670 books, 2,350 journals, 3,060 theses/dissertations, and subscriptions to a number of magazines and newspapers. The book collection continues to grow through the acquisition of new books from a number of alumni and students, including students participating in the Sandwich programme. The UNY PPS Library is networked with the UNY central library, which has a collection of approximately 33,124 book titles, the UGM library, and the Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University (UIN Sunan Kalijaga) library, so that they can assist each other in finding books needed by students. The UNY PPS Library also has facilities for subscribing to international journals through Proquest.

Electronic library

To further improve the quality of its services, the UNY Postgraduate Programme Library has developed a website as a means of connecting to the global community. The website can be accessed at http://library.pps.uny.ac.id. With this website, library users can search for the collections they need anytime and anywhere without having to come directly to the library. Additionally, visitors are provided with several conveniences, such as access to e-journals subscribed to by UNY, namely ProQuest (http://www.proquest.com/pqdweb), EBSCO (http://search.ebscohost.com), and Gale (http://infotrac.galegroup.com), which are e-journals subscribed to by DIKTI. For the coming years, the library will develop a digital collection database including dissertations, theses, and e-books that can be accessed in full text via the library's LAN.

Computer Lab and Internet

To support various academic activities, PPS UNY is equipped with adequate computer labs. Almost all computers in these labs have internet access, making it easy for students to find the information they need. The PPS Computer Lab also collaborates with the UNY Computer Centre, which can be used at an affordable cost.

Multimedia Classroom

Ruang kuliah PPS UNY dilengkapi dengan sarana media pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan pembelajar. Seluruh ruang kuliah juga dilengkapi AC, sehingga perkuliahan berlangsung nyaman.

Language Service

PPS UNY is an institution that cares about the English language skills of students and administrators. PPS UNY has a language service unit that assists students who have difficulty understanding English references, especially in writing thesis/dissertation abstracts. Although it does not deal with this directly, this unit helps students to obtain TOEFL certificates. To improve the English language skills of PPS administrators, the language service unit also regularly organises journal clubs.

Other Facilities

Sebagai mahasiswa UNY, mahasiswa PPS UNY dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas-fasilitas penunjang yang dimiliki UNY seperti Puskom, poliklinik, fasilitas olah raga dan kebugaran, dan fasilitas hotspot dsb.
